PROGRAMME
This event takes place in the frame of the Greens/EFA climate change campaign and supports the EU "mobility week" with its slogan "Streets for all". It claims the promotion of biking from and to the European Parliament as well as within the Brussels' region for children/pupils.
A series of new bikes, offered by ETRA (the European Twowheel Retailers' Association), such as electrical or foldable bikes, will be available for use.

Gathering and contributions of MEP's and Brussels' Regional Minister for Environment and Energy Evelyne Huytebroeck (Ecolo)
Meeting with European and local press/media.
Start with the new prototypes bikes from ETRA, the EP bikes and own bicycles and biking to Boulevard Saint-Lazare (near Place Rogier).

Bike trip from Boulevard Saint-Lazare to Place Simonis. Appointment with local Greens from Groen! and Ecolo, contribution of Christine Gallez, vice-mayor Ecolo (Echevine) of Jette, in charge of mobility and sustainable development. Action with children and pupils ("Streets for all"). Meeting with local press/media.
