Vacancy notice - Contractual agent, FG III

This is to inform you that the Greens/EFA group in the European Parliament is looking for a full-time Learning, Development and well-being HR officer, fixed-term contractual agent contract, function group III, until June 2024.

Tasks to be performed:

  • Organisation of collective trainings for Staff (e.g. Anti-harassment, gender mainstreaming).
  • Development of a centralised offer for individual trainings (in addition to the EP trainings).
  • Development of network/contacts with trainings professionals (e.g. companies, coaching) to be used by Staff, but also MEPs and APAs.
  • Support to managers (SG, DSGs and TLs) for the trainings aspects of staff reports.
  • Follow-up of the Staff’s survey on well-being at work and organisation of possible future surveys.
  • Support to the revision and implementation of the Group’s anti-harassment policy.
  • Support to the revision and implementation of the Group’s induction program for new Staff and of the mentorship program.
  • Contact person for Staff in need of psychological support.

Qualifications and experience requested:

  • Have working experience in the field of Human resources, in particular with organising trainings and in the field of well-being at work (i.e working conditions, on boarding, harassment prevention, inclusion).
  • Have strong knowledge in the field of human resources in particular in the fields above mentioned.
  • Education in line with the function.
  • Have very good organisational skills.


  • Experience working with human resources in the European Parliament
  • Experience with organising trainings in and/ or with the European institutions
  • Knowledge of the Greens/EFA group and its functioning


Under article 82, (23) of the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants (CEOS) of the European Communities, candidates must:

  • Be citizen of an EU Member State unless an exception is authorised by the authority referred to in article 6 (1);
  • Enjoy full rights as citizen;
  • Have fulfilled any obligations imposed by the laws concerning military service;
  • Meet the character requirements for the duties involved.
