Call for tenders: The Greens/EFA CRM Software

The Greens/EFA Group in the European Parliament is looking for a software provider to support the work of its Stakeholder Engagement and Outreach (SEO) unit.

We are seeking a stakeholder engagement and CRM software solution that will help us manage and develop relationships with civil society organisations, experts, political parties and other stakeholders, while strengthening targeted communication, outreach and long-term network building. The solution should provide a segmentation-driven stakeholder engagement and organising infrastructure, going beyond a traditional contact database or mailing tool.

In particular, we are looking for a platform that can support:

• Stakeholder mapping and structured contact and organisation management;
• Dynamic segmentation and targeted email communication;
• Tracking of stakeholder relationships, interactions and engagement;
• Event registration, forms and integration of participation data;
• Stakeholder interaction, feedback and network mobilisation;
• Reporting, analytics and strategic insights;
• Coordination across internal teams and MEP offices;
• GDPR compliance, data security and responsible data governance.

The system should be intuitive for non-technical users, adaptable to our working methods and suitable for long-term use.

The maximum duration of the contract will be until 30 June 2029, with a maximum available budget of €50,000.
