German Greens' "Brüssels' declaration: 5 steps towards the 2°C target"
The declaration (only in German) gives 5 key action points to the German government:
1.Give priority to energy efficiency;
2.Ownership unbundling to protect the climate and for fair competition;
3.Tough CO2 limits for efficient cars and an innovative car industry;
4. Renewables first;
5. Full auctioning for a strong emisson trading.
