2011 Update for the EU27
EU leaders are set to discuss Europe's energy future at the 'energy summit' (4 February). Ahead of the summit, the Greens/EFA group launched the 'Vision Scenario', an independent study by Öko-Institut, setting out a detailed energy scenario for Europe up to 2050.
