Cette conférence examinera comment intégrer les travailleurs migrants dans les marchés européens du travail en leur octroyant des droits. Mais cela ne doit pas se faire au prix d'un nivellement par le bas des salaires et des conditions de travail. Cette conférence veut éviter le dumping social et les autres aspects négatifs de la migration économique et dégager des demandes à adresser aux gouvernements et des initiatives législatives.
