Service provider for leadership training and professional coaching
Call for offers
The Greens/EFA Group in the European Parliament is looking for a service provider for leadership training and individual and collective professional coaching, to support the development of leadership maturity within the organisation and to establish a stable foundation of coaching support for our Management Team.
The successful service provider will be awarded a framework contract for the duration of the current parliamentary mandate (until June 2029).
The service provider will offer management training and coaching sessions to members of our Management Team, with the aims to:
- Encourage leadership development and impactful team management in the organisation
- Support with relevant managerial skills, such as effective communication, priority management, conflict management, giving and receiving feedback, and confident leadership
Duration: The maximum duration of the contract will be until June 2029.
MaximuM Value: The maximum value of the framework contract will be no more than €60.000. Please note that this is an estimation and signing a contract shall not entail any obligation on the Greens/EFA Group to place orders.
The requirements for the service provider are as follows:
- 7+ years of experience as a Management, Senior HR and/or Leadership trainer or professional management coach
- Experience of working with top and middle-level management executives
- Experience of team-building, conflict management, change management and restructuring of teams
- An interactive and flexible methodological approach
- Knowledge of the EU institutions and the values of the Greens/EFA Group
- Established experience of working with individuals or teams within the EU institutions is an asset
- Ability to provide training and coaching on an individual and collective basis, as required
- Ability to provide services both virtually and in-person, as required
- Ability to provide services in both English and/or French, any other additional EU languages are an asset
