Stakeholder Engagement & Outreach Strategy Support and Training

The Greens/EFA Group in the European Parliament is looking for a service provider to give long-term support to its recently established Stakeholder Engagement and Outreach (SEO) unit up until the end of the 2025-2029 European Parliament mandate. Concretely we are looking for one or several trainers who can provide long-term support to the SEO team in its strategy development, implementation and review. Service providers must be able to support both the the overall strategic development of the unit as well individual team members with their specific portfolios, as required.

The maximum duration of the contract will be until 1 June 2029.

Please find enclosed the procurement documents relating to this contract, which provide the information you will require should you decide to participate. Those documents are as follows:

• the letter of invitation to submit an initial tender;

• the specifications and the annexes thereto, providing detailed information on the subject of the contract, the technical specifications, the award criteria, and the supporting documents and annexes which you must submit with your tender;

• the model contract and the annexes thereto.
