Théodore Tallent
PhD researcher and teacher in political science at Sciences Po, in Paris, under a co-supervision with the University of Cambridge. My thesis focuses on the acceptability of the low-carbon transition in urban and rural territories in Europe. I try to understand the barriers to public support and potential solutions to overcome citizens' discontent and build a just and desirable green transition.
As I am committed to advancing the issues of acceptability, just transition and the implementation of climate policies, I regularly intervene outside the academic sphere (media, think tanks, institutions, etc.) to contribute to discussions on the future of the green transition.
Before my PhD, I completed studies in politics, public affairs and environmental policy at Sciences Po and the University of Cambridge, and notably worked at the WWF in Brussels and for the French Minister of Environment.
