Greens/EFA demand Council not to resume Association Agreement negotiations with Honduras

Greens/EFA call on the General Affairs Council, scheduled for 14-15 September 2009, not to accept COLAT's recommendations. We demand that no negotiations take place with Central America, including at technical level, as long as democratic order according to the Honduran Constitution is not reinstalled.
