Speed Limit 30 km/h

Green MEP Michael Cramer meets EU transport commissioner Kallas 25 years after the Commission first raised the issue of EU urban speed limits. The fun action aimed to remind the commissioner that we are still no closer to the goal of a 30 km/h EU-wide urban speed limit.
