The Chair opens the meeting and welcomes Greta with short introductory remarks; Greta Thunberg will make a 10-minute statement followed by an exchange of views with the Members of the Environment Committee (1 round of interventions by group). Commissioner Arias Canete and the Romanian Council Presidency will also make a statement.
