    Public Country-by-Country Reporting deal reached in important step forward for tax transparency

    Negotiators from the European Commission, Council and Parliament reached a deal on the long-awaited tax transparency measure for public country-by-country reporting (public CBCR) for large multinational companies. This will make multinational companies disclose their taxes in each EU country.
