Dezember) am Abend einigten sich die Ständigen Vertreterinnen und Vertreter der EU-Mitgliedstaaten auf die Freigabe von 18 Milliarden Euro Hilfe für die Ukraine, einen globalen Mindeststeuersatz für multinationale Unternehmen in Höhe von 15 Prozent und die Genehmigung des ungarischen Konjunkturprogramms.
