    Despite small steps forward, geoblocking will continue

    The European Parliament has voted on a new regulation designed to limit the practice of “geoblocking”. While the regulation goes further than what was originally proposed by the European Commission, it falls far short of ending the practice.

    Negotiations must be conducted in good faith

    The European Parliament has backed a resolution setting out its terms for negotiating Britain’s exit from the European Union.     EU fails to regulate the shadow banking sector
