EU telecoms legislation

The European Parliament has today approved a compromise agreement on telecoms legislation that its negotiators reached with the EU Council. Energy efficient buildings

A political agreement has been reached on rules for "nearly zero energy" buildings after 2018 for new public buildings and after 2020 for other new buildings.
