Symbolic action on climate change

A few weeks before the start of the world climate negotiations in Copenhagen, French Green MEPs install an ice sculpture symbolizing a climate refugee in the middle of the central courtyard of the Parliament. This action aims at illustrating the devastating impacts of global warming on humanity and on the planet.

EU climate policy
