Chinese car tariffs not enough - EU needs massive industrial investments

Members of the European Parliament will debate the Council's decision to impose tariffs on Chinese electric vehicles. Commission postpones groundbreaking deforestation legislation

The Commission announced a postponement of the implementation of the EU regulation to combat deforestation by 12 months. “The postponement is taking place in the context of the greatest destruction of forests on the Latin American continent in recent years. EFA Statement on Israel’s Invasion of Lebanon

On the night of 30th September, Israeli forces entered  Lebanon, having ordered the evacuation of 25 villages in the South of Lebanon, to carry out military operations. In addition, they launched air strike attacks on Beirut, the capital of Lebanon.
